The studio is located in Todorini Kuli directly across from the Kempinski Hotel and Gondola station.
The kitchen is equipped with air conditioning, a 2 hob electric stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, electric kettle, pots, plans, dinnerware, drink ware and cutlery.
There is a full bathroom with a shower cabin. The living area has a sofa bed and two futon chairs that can each extend to sleep one person each - note that you can sleep a total of four people, but you will be a bit cramped.
Wi-Fi is free and the connection is good. There is also a Smart TV in the studio.
The rate of 400.00 Euros per month is for a year long contract and excludes electricity. Please enquirer for rates for shorter stays.
