1404 leva per month, €720 and minimum 3 months booking in the Winter months.
There is a Mini Market and a laundrette approx 10 minutes walk away.
There is a nice dining table that you can work from should you desire or you can dine / entertain friends.
Kitchen has everything you normally need, oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, Kettle, toaster, microwave and a fridge with a small freezer, pots, pans etc......
Main Bedroom has a double bed and the Second bedroom has 2 singles beds.
The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and wc but also there is a seperate wc.

We hold a deposit against utilities and damage, in the Summer months 200 leva and in the Winter Months 400 leva.
